Terms & Conditions – The Canary Residence Collection – Tower I

1. Project Information

All images, plans, designs, specifications, and other details provided are purely for illustrative and representational purposes and are subject to modification as per the discretion of the developer or as required by regulatory authorities. The final product may differ based on approvals, statutory changes, or design improvements.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice and are exclusive of taxes, government levies, stamp duty, registration charges, and any other statutory charges unless otherwise mentioned. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount and execution of the agreement for sale.

3. Possession Timeline

The expected possession date is December 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and construction schedules. Delays caused due to force majeure events such as natural calamities, government actions, labor strikes, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated and the timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking of the apartment is subject to realization of payment and compliance with all application formalities. Cancellation of booking will attract deductions as per the company’s prevailing cancellation policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Amenities & Facilities

The amenities listed are proposed and subject to change or modification as per availability, design updates, or other planning considerations. The developer reserves the right to add, modify, or remove amenities at their sole discretion.

7. Agreement to Sale

All transactions will be governed by the terms mentioned in the Agreement to Sale, which will be the final and binding legal document between the purchaser and the developer.

All purchasers are advised to carefully review all documents, specifications, and statutory approvals before proceeding with the booking. The developer is committed to transparency and will assist with the necessary paperwork and approvals as per the prevailing legal requirements.
